Key personnel ratios
The Hannover Re Group employed 2,069 (1,812) staff as at 31 December 2009. The turnover ratio at Home Office in Hannover of 2.3% (3.3%) was higher than in the previous year. The rate of absenteeism – at 3.2% – was slightly higher than in the previous year (2.7%). The turnover ratio and rate of absenteeism thus continued to be comfortably below the industry average.
